Sharad has worked for over 25 years in IT and telecom companies like Airtel, Etisalat, HCL, etc, prior to promoting 10kya. His last assignment was as Sr. VP - Customer Experience for India for a large MNC Telecom organisation. He is credited with some path breaking customer service initiatives in the country.
